BVU Authority Board of Directors meetings are open to the public. Except as noted, meetings are held at BVU’s main office located at:

Mr. Anthony Farnum

Mr. Farnum is currently serving as the Chair of the BVU Authority Board and is appointed by the City Council of Bristol, Virginia.

Mr. Richard “Dickie” Kiser

Mr. Kiser is currently serving as Vice Chair of the BVU Authority Board and resides in Washington County, Virginia.

Mr. Saul Hernandez

Mr. Hernandez is currently serving as a member of the BVU Authority Board and is appointed by the Board of Supervisors of Washington County, Virginia.

Mr. Gary Bagnall

Mr. Bagnall is currently serving as a member of the BVU Authority Board and resides in the City of Bristol, Virginia.

All members serve four-year terms.
