1. "Residential" applies specifically to locations categorized as single-family homes and excludes multi-family dwellings, commercial properties, and other non-single-family residential structures.
2. “System Access” fees for meter and line connections do not include any required “Right-of-Way Restoration” costs. Additional charges may apply and will be communicated to customers in advance.
3. “Right-of-Way Restoration” means costs assessed for materials, equipment, and labor to restore and/or repair Right-of-Way Infrastructure as may be required.
4. Customers located outside the city limits of Bristol, Virginia, are subject to a 50% surcharge on Sewer Rates.
