After-hours reconnection (after 7:00 p.m.) may be performed at BVU’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed. 4. Non-standard service requests may incur additional charges. Construction-related charges will be provided in a written estimate prior to the start of work. 5. Additional hourly labor rates may apply. Legal and third-party expenses will be billed at actual costs. 6. Work performed outside BVU’s normal business hours may be billed at overtime rates (up to 150% of standard charges).
